    I use a plugin called woomultistore, the plugin synchronizes products between 2 sites, when I synchronize my 2 sites (both in the Woodmart theme) everything works as it should except for the categories that simply break and cannot be reached

    When I change the template or work without the template the categories work as they should

    Hello,

    Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    Hello,

    Please replace all the existing categories, tags, and attributes if you use them with those which have Latin letters in the slug.

    Woocommerce does not support other letters.

    Are you serious?
    There are no Latin letters on the wensite or in the categories its hebrew and woocommrce support that
    I explained to you and showed you that now with the theme you asked me to apply (Storefront ) everything works as it should and with the Woodmert theme the categories do not work
    What kind of answer is this????

    Hello,

    The category you show on one of your screens is created in Hebrew: https://gyazo.com/a23247bb7fe58653ee596c35328d761d

    You can leave the title in Hebrew at the same time you would better rewrite all the slugins in Latin letters.

    As soon as you configure the product categories properly, check the issue, and if the problem presists, please deactivate multisroe plugin and test.

    WoodMart theme officially supports these multy-vendor plugins:

    Dokan
    WCFM Marketplace
    YITH Multi Vendor
    WC Marketplace
    WC Vendors

    We have not tested WoodMart with WooMultistore and we cannot guarantee full compatibility.
