pdesignpd88ParticipantHello. After updating the template to the new version, I have a problem with the custom CSS. When I navigate through the website menu, sometimes it loads my custom CSS, and sometimes it doesn’t. This happens even when I refresh any page on the site. I mention that I do not use a cache plugin. Can you help me?
In image 1 you can see the menu from the products page before the update. Also after update sometimes it loads my custom CSS, and sometimes it doesn’t for that menu.
In image 2 you have the example from the main menu.
In image 3 I got the problem with cart number of producs.
In image 4 I can not see the button with the prebuild wesites.
These are the only problems I have noticed at the moment.Attachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We have visited your 2nd Test Site in which you had updated the Theme and these are the results:
1- The Main Menu and Categories Menu are appearing correctly same: https://ibb.co/qBFZD77
2- The Quantity Inputs isn’t appearing correctly specifically and the Pre-bulit Websites option is missing. But these seem to be related to a Cache issue as the third-party Plugins are deactivated on your 2nd Staging Site right now and still persist. Also, you are using LiteSpeed Server too so they sometimes have Server Cache generated too.
So, can you please ask your Hosting Provider to once try to disable the CDN/Cloudflare on your Site for the time being while you are Customizing your Site (if it is enabled, if not then ignore this part), flush it completely along with that completely clear your browser as well as Site and Server cache and then check back your Site again. Hopefully, you won’t find the issues again.
At our Test Site, we are not facing such issues even after the Theme Update which clears the fact that these issues are not specifically related to the Theme or Theme Update. There might be some other reason.
Best Regards

pdesignpd88ParticipantHello.
There is no problem with hosting provider I have there all the sites of my clients. I also have clients that using this theme (woodmart) and I did not have any problem with the updates from version 5 to 6 and to 7. The problem is only with this site and I do not know why.
If I add the “!important” rule in CSS on every code of the custom CSS it will work but affect others CSS.
In image 1 you will see a problem with the custom CSS. After update where is the borders that made in custom CSS? In the vertical menu the CSS it is ok. It is the same menu, but why on the vertical menu the CSS works and in the sidebar it does not work?
I said sometimes it loads the custom CSS and sometimes it does not. In image 2 you will see big gap between the links in the menu. This affects the sidebar menu, vertical menu and the main menu.
For this to happens you will need to go to the vertical menu and click just like in image 3. Just click on the main category then on a subcategory from mega menu, then a main category again and subcategory. Try to this 10 -20 times. You will see the problem with the huge gap between the links of the menu.
And also with the button from cart page. The button for prebuild sites I remember it disappeared after I made an update from version 5 to 6.
I really don’t what to make again this site from 0…
Also try to export the site from test 1 to you servers and make an update to the last version of the theme and see if the problems like in test 2 site are showing.
Please help to fix this problem. Thank you.Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
It looks like your custom CSS is no longer valid. In our latest update, some HTML structures could be changed to add new features and fix bugs. That is why some of the custom selectors need to be revised.
Note that any customization made in the child theme or Custom CSS is made at your own risk and you have to maintain it after each update of the theme or installed plugins. If you don’t want to face such a situation you would better never update the theme at all. Because we can’t add new features and not touch anything in the code. It is simply impossible.
This information is stated in our documentation as well https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/setup-child-theme/Kind Regards
