Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. As you know, My Account page comes from WooCommerce by default and the Theme doesn’t influence that. So, it will eventually require Customization to add the functionality that you are asking for and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
