Hello,
1- The first text is the Short Description of a Product. For that you need to edit a Product > in that you can find the Short Description: https://ibb.co/BngHm0m
2- For the Free Shipping Text, you need to go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Header Builder > there edit your Header Layout > in that at the Top Bar row > you will find the Text / HTML element > edit that and in that you can find the Text added: https://ibb.co/JFgJqs1
3- Regarding the Header Top Bar and Categories Menu color change, you would need to be in the same Header Builder > edit your Header Layout > this time around you need to edit the Top Bar first > then in that open the Colors sub-tab > there change the Color: https://ibb.co/cJ2LM6b
Now for the Categories Menu, you need to edit the Categories Menu element > in that again go to Colors sub-tab > there you can change the Color: https://ibb.co/WgrSvvC
4- The Footer content has already changed on your Site as we are seeing.
5- This last concern of yours, we can’t seem to understand it. Please elaborate it more with some Screenshots.
