How add a background image to the product category page top menu?

1- For the Categories Page Title Background Image, you can edit the Category pages > there under that you can find the option to upload specific Image for Page Title : https://ibb.co/30CCG6P

2- Regarding the Page Title Categories, you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Product archive > Page Title > Categories > Categories in page title > here you can find the relevant options for it: https://ibb.co/FKD15yg

Regarding their Order change, you can go to Dashboard > Products > Categories > there the order of the Categories is reflected on the Site preview > so to change them you would see a three line hamburger icon on the right of every Category > you need to click, hold and drag that to your choice of position (i.e. up or down) for the Category > and the order will be changed accordingly on the Site preview: https://ibb.co/7kM6Bhf
