Unable to tap on “Sort by…” icon

    When the Shop page displays on a mobile phone, the section “Sort by…” (in the top-right corner) becomes a two-direction icon. But I cannot tap or click on it to show the “Sort by…” list.
    I’ve tried with some different mobile phone models and the responsive mode of PC’s web browsers (Edge Chrome, end Firefox). Yet, it’s still not working.
    Please help.

    Please disable all plugins that are not related to the theme and provide the access to the admin dashboard so I can check what is wrong there.

    I’ve disabled all plugins except WooCommece then I the issue is solved.
    I will check one by one plugin and let you know.

    Hi there,
    Plugins do not cause the issue.
    I explored that if I add to the header an HTML block which contains row and column [vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][vc_row], the issue occurs.
    We can close this support ticket.
