Hello, within the theme a contact form called “forms contact-us” was already designed, but it does not work because it is incomplete, customers cannot leave their data because the emails do not arrive complete. I would like to know if you can help me fix it please.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
