How do I link a layout to a specific page? or Clickable title?

Hello,
I have added a title within my homepage Header called “Nos Produits”.
Then, I created a layout.
I would like people to click on the menu called Nos Produits and land instantly on the layout I created. How do I do this?

I realised it messed up the dropdown menus in the Title Nos produits. I have now deleted the layout.:(
Basically, I want to be able to click on the title Nos Produits and land on a page that shows all the products.
Is there a way to do this?
