    The display of our website with www and without www is different,I don’t know why?

    We still see that CSS files are cached. Please, disable all caching plugins as well.

    Hi supporter,
    I’ve tried disabling “ WP Rocket” plugin, When I disable this plugin, the website without www is normal.So I think it’s because of this plugin(WP Rocket). Then, I would like to know can this plugin not be used with our theme?

    Hello,

    This plugin is compatible with our theme. Please, contact its support for help on this matter. It looks like it creates different cache files for www and non-www versions while they should be the same.

    We see that CSS files are loaded from the cache folder on non-www version at the moment. Check the screenshot https://gyazo.com/835f08807ce6ff7bf55b550c4cf2073c

    I also have disabled the WooCommerce plugin,but it still has the problem. so Is it because of this plugin?

    WooCommerce is not a cache plugin so it doesn’t affect the loading of CSS files on your website.

    Yes, we saw those errors already. Again, the path to CSS files is cached. That is why you saw them on your website.

    Please, contact cache plugin support for help on this matter. It looks like it creates different cache files for www and non-www versions while they should be the same.
