    How can we hide the pre-footer only from the single product page?

    Hello,

    It’s possible by using our theme presets in Theme Settings. Please create a preset with the condition as in the below screenshot.

    After that, edit Theme Settings of this preset and navigate to Footer -> Prefooter and clear the “Prefooter content” field.

    Hello,

    Please attach a screenshot of your Prefooter area on the “Single Product” page because I don’t see it defined at all in Theme Settings -> Footer -> Prefooter.

    Yes, we have done it but we don’t want to hide the product description.

    Most likely it is a conflict with third-party plugins so please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.
