Firstly, if you want to paste the Custom CSS on your Site then try pasting on the following location:

Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:

Not on the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

Secondly, regarding the concerned issue, we have commented-out the earlier CSS related to Image that was applied on your Site > and under the Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > removed the Thumbnail Width and now the Images are appearing according to their original Size on your Site.

So, it’s better if you can upload resized Images for the specific Products of which the Images are not appearing fine because if their original Size is less than the standard WooCommerce Size then they might not appear correctly like you want.
