1- Regarding the Product Image changing concern on Variant change, we have created a Test Product on your Site and define 4 Attributes on it and when you select all of them the Product Images changes fine. So, on your mentioned Product you haven’t define the Variant Image under the Product Edit area which is why the Image is not changing when changing Variant: https://i.snipboard.io/31N6tq.jpg

2- Regarding the Variation Swatches concern, could you please once disable all the plugins that are not related to our Theme and then check back the issue again. If it gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the conflict.

If the issue somehow persists, then please provide us the permission to completely debug this issue on your Site which includes deactivation of third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes.

We cleared out the Cache from your Site and now the Swatches appear fine.

You just need to know upload Images for the Swatches if you want and they will show the Image too.
