“View Cart” spinning endlessly when variations of a product selected

utopiamushrooms.coParticipantHi, we’re about one week now with the issue where a numerical variation is selected > and then view cart is selected > and the “view cart” just spins endlessly leaving the customer to think they’re browser is frozen.
We’ve done everything possible, deactivated / activated all plug ins, etc
We’re really hoping not to have to build a site from scratch but we can’t really afford another week like this.
If anyone has any advice please let us know

I am having this same issue again with your theme. When you try and add any product to the shopping cart it just constantly spins and doesnt add it into the cart. This happened before 3 months ago and you fixed it for me, it had something to do with the theme style sheet i think. Can you please help me again fix this issue asap ? The WoodMart Core plugin wasn’t updated to the latest version on your Site which is 1.0.36 along with that the WooCommerce database wasn’t updated too. So, we have done that both on your Site and then checked back the concern again. The Products were added to Cart fine.
Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

Thanks for the quick response and for trying those updates. Unfortunately the issue is still happening and I have tried on multiple different devices with server and browser caches cleared and using incognito tabs. The product eventually adds to the cart after several minutes and refreshing the page, but it not working at all how it should and is confusing for customers, it appears frozen. The last time we had an issue like this (3 months ago) you provided a code to update in our theme file, and that fixed it for several months until it just started happening again. Could this be fixed with a similar new code to add?Our hosting / server team did a full review of the website said that it was most like a theme compatibility issue.
This is a very urgent matter and we need it be be working asap. I am very much looking forward to your response.The one other thing is, I cant figure out how to change the Age Verify pop up age from 18 to 19. We need it to say 19 and there doesn’t seem to be a way in your theme settings to update this age, any tips on how to do that?

Firstly, sorry for the inconvenience being caused. We have confirmed from our Test Site in this regard, the Products are added to Cart fine and there isn’t any issue appearing. It says unable to connect to Origin Server. I have confirmed our server is working and the issue still persists. Can you please try fixing it again now? Everything was fine until a week ago and then it started happening out of nowhere, so your test site isnt quite relevant to our issue. Please review the issue on our live website and provide a fix since it seems to to a theme issue even though we have the latest version updated. Someone named Artem from your team helped us last time with this when it happened a few months ago and fixed it pretty quick with a custom code provided. Is Artem available to help if you cant figure it out? Its very important and multiple reasons we think its a theme issueAlso for the Age Verify thing, settings in theme options where you mentioned and provided a screenshot for does not have anywhere to change the Age on the Button. It only allows to change the text description and this is where we were looking before. Where can I change the age on the button though?

It’s the same problem you solved by giving us some code to input somewhere.
