Single Product in Mobile is not working

    Hello, i have configured, the layout single product as default every thing off
    In desktop it’ works fine , but inmobile do not show the images, product information and every related to this product, please see the atached screen shoots,
    Please can you review What i’m doing Wrong, thanks

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.35. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

    If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Hello, thanks for the response: i have the current version that you mentioned, deactivate all plugins, and the problem continue.
    I’m not sure if it’s because i’m using the child theme instead of the WoodMart main theme.
    Any way i ‘m sending the credentials for you to login in wp-admin
    can you reinstall if is necesary
    aditionally i’m adding screen shoot of the theme version

    Hello,

    We have checked this concern on your Site and found out that now the Content of the Single Product page in Mobile view is showing on your Site but it’s the Size of the Product Images that you are using is causing this much large space. They are way too large in Size approximately around 7000px as we are seeing in Inspect Tool.

    So, we would suggest you to once try upload resized (of standard WooCommerce size) Product Images on your Site and then check back this concern again.

    Hello, Tanks, according to your recommendation i have upload small images for the product le-vive-red
    And steed an small size, but continue the same problem,

    feel free to change any image or contents at the Le’Vive Red product.

    Hello,

    The main issue arising in this regard on your Site is the Product Images are randomly generating too much Size, although we have deactivated all the third party Plugins on your Site: https://snipboard.io/Chdpf9.jpg

    This issue isn’t happening at our Test Site end.

    So, could you please once check this concern with your Hosting Provider or WooCommerce Support regarding why it is generating too many Thumbnail sizes if the certain size is defined under the Appearance > Customize.

    Hello, i have made all recommendations before you mention
    and he problem continue.
    I found two classes that afect the mobile version class=”owl-item active” and class=”owl-item”, inspecting those clases has fix width:934px but i not found Where i define that or how can i avoid that styles, plese see the atached images, and let’me know if there are some way to avoid those styles

    We see that you modified our theme’s files header.php and functions.php. Please, restore original theme files or reinstall the theme completely. It will solve the problem.
