In the Shopping Cart shipping fee could not be correctly updated as in the backend Woocommerce shipping area setting.
Prebuilt website: Woodmart Accessories
Woocommerce version: 7.1.0
#1. In the cart, there is a shipping fee progress bar that always shows as “free”.
#2. In the cart, when I want to update my shipping area to Hong Kong where I have set its shipping fee in the backend Woocommerce shipping area as $200, but it won’t work.

Currently, it is set to 1000 and works correctly.

1. Member logged-in status.
2. Not Registered yet status.
