    Hello,

I’m currently working on staging to revamp the current UX of my site but I’m encountering these difficulties:
1- On editing the shop page, categories and products are showing instead of the products alone
link to the shop page: https://staging-afrimashcom-staging.kinsta.cloud/shop/
2- On mobile, the nav bar and carousels are inactive

    Please help

    Hello,

1- On the Archive or Category pages, to control what to show (i.e. Categories, Subcategories or the Categories & Products both), you can go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > there you can select what to show: https://snipboard.io/NSJz8y.jpg

So, on your Site please check that option and select accordingly. This is the default WooCommerce option regarding showing the Products and Categories.

2- The Mobile Bottom NavBar as we are seeing is showing on your Site but which Carousels are you referring to, please share some useful Screenshots so that we can better understand and assist you accordingly.

Also, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check these concerns on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards

    Thanks for the response,

The carousels on the homepage are set on elementor but they don’t reflect on mobile,
I’ll be sharing screenshots of the site on mobile and in elementor.

The side navbar is also non-functional but works fine in elementor

    Hello,

Sorry to say but you haven’t provided us access to the Themes and Plugins page so we are unable to proceed further with checking the concern on your Site.

Please provide access to those so that we can check these issues further.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Sorry about that, I’ve updated your access as an admin.
Please note that the site is in the staging environment, When the mobile version is sorted, we will replicate the theme and all other settings on live.

    Thanks

    Hello,

There is a third party Plugin conflict on your Site in this regard.

We deactivated all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme ones activated and both of your mentioned concerns are working fine now.

So, it is a third party Plugin issue not a Theme end concern. So, you need to reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

    Best Regards
