How to change text in cart area?

Hi! I would like to add few words in the marked area. I wasnt able to do it via Loco translate. Please precise how to add/change “Kopā” text? I need Kopā ar PVN 21%

Thank you. Only now after I activated WPML the site automatically went back to English although I clearly marked in settings that default language is Latvian not English. So I can’t see now your made changes.. waiting for WPML to fix this error
