Slider Banner with irregular margin

Dear Team,

I am trying to make a banner on the website however I am getting a lot of space/margin above and below the banner which is taking a huge space on the homepage. I am unable to fix it and need your help please.

Dear Team,
I would like to know why should I have to put the extra margin. However, looking up the margin 0
I want to know why I am getting this issue. In order to fix the olny I have to put the -116 margin on the top. Which I don’t think is the exact way to fix it.

Hello,

Please check the column’s paddings. They increase the height and generate white spaces. https://gyazo.com/912d779c44388c5cde32559b6d0ad174

The slide height is detected by the height of the content as well as the padding of the inner widgets.

Dear Team,
As per your information, we checked the column’s paddings and put the valve zero. Despite this nothing came out of it. Still, some margin is left there which annoys me too much and I’m unable to fix it. Please check and help.

Please create a staging site, upload a demo and move a slider to your site, then replace the content as per your needs.

Please check the image size as the slider height stipulate the slider height.

Hi Team,
1: First I am unable to change the color of the Slider (Banner) Text.

2: What is the difference between these two settings, “Retail elements slider” and “Retail slider”?
In “Retail Element Slider” the height of the desktop is 1000px, on the other hand, the “Retail slider” height on the desktop is 400px.

Kindly help with this concern.

They are two different sliders. I see you have only one slide and you assigned it to both.
