    Hi, I attached the screenshot please look at this I don’t know why it’s not working properly. Header banner goes upward, I changed revisions multiple times but it remains same..

    Hello,

    It seems that the Sticky Footer style wasn’t letting the Header Banner to work correctly on your Site.

    So, we have disabled it and then checked back the Header Banner again. It was working fine by then.

    Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.

    Yes, It is working now after clearing browsing data and cache memory. But what do you mean by Sticky Footer style wasn’t letting header banner working properly. I suppose it should work properly because this is what I expect from woodmart premium theme. Isn’t it code by you guys? Therefore, I should get everything done properly what your theme claim. It’s been lot of days since I am messing with this theme lots of Error there. It’s wasting my time, I paid for extended premium support as well so I have peace of mind but I don’t know where I am standing with this theme right now.
    I need sticky Footer style working properly with every layout there and with header banner Please… ASAP.

    Hello,

    Really sorry for the delay in the response due to technical difficulties !

    We have now confirmed this concern further on our Test Site by enabling the Header Banner, Sticky Footer and selecting the mentioned Footer Layout and everything works fine there.

    So, as far as the 6-Column Layout selection is concerned on your Site related to Footer it is showing 6-Columns on your Site with one as Horizontal.

    Regarding the Header Banner issue with the Sticky Footer, we have further confirmed and found out that there was a z-index issue which now has been adjusted on your Site related to Header Banner and it now works fine with Sticky Layout too on your Site.

    Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.

    Hi,
    Thanks for fixing header banner and sticky footer..
    There is another issue with this it goes under the sticky header even though I tried to give some padding or margin so it may have enough space to show the content.

    Hello,

    The HTML Block that you had added on your Site was taking way too much space.

    So, in the same Block, we have added your content through the Information Box theme’s element and it now previews fine on your Site for the Footer.

    Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.

    It’s still not showing whole logo and the tag line. Please have a look on the screenshot. I also want info under the logo not next to it.

    Hello,

    Actually, the Content that you have used here along with the Image wasn’t correctly possible with the style that you mentioned.

    So, the alternative style is the best way possible here which makes the Content to appear fine: https://snipboard.io/W9SCmZ.jpg

    Hello,

    Yes, we would suggest you apply these on your Site. Because these are Patches for the issues that have been rectified under the Theme and once they are available under the WoodMart > Patcher > you can Apply them.
