Hi, can you help me with this
I make shop layout with your layout builder. How ever its link is : mydomain/woodmart_layout/myshopname
So how can i turn this layout into normal page with link: mydomain/myshopname

This URL is just to preview the layout while editing it. It is not publicly accessible. You need to use conditions to display your layout either on the shop page or on the category page.
