Part of the menu hides on the right side before switching to mobile. We tried to disable plugins, and also tried to add space on the right side but with no effect.

Try to disable the “Inline” option for the main menu element in your header as shown on the screenshot https://prnt.sc/kjmWEeel23Gi
It will make the menu collapse when you resize the window. Note that it will not look very nice anyway with a large number of menu items.
