Is there also anyway to avoid duplicate posts on a page for instance using offset posts ( used in many theme like newspaper, avada…)

Actually, for duplicate posts, we need, when we display different loops on a same page to temporarily store the data about the posts displayed in the first loop. After that , we simply modify the second query to exclude those posts from reappearing.
It can also be done with “Offset posts” option on a loop which will display the posts after the 5th one
