favicon not showing in chrome

    Hi, we are having problems displaying the favicon in the chrome browser. Instead firefox works perfectly.

    What I noticed is that in the backend of wordpress it shows correctly, but instead in the frontend it doesn’t show. What can it be? Any problems with the recent migration?
    I emptied the cache and reloaded the page
    I tried uploading a new favicon to my library, then removed the previous one and applied the new one
    In all these cases I was unsuccessful. I also deactivated the plugins that could interfere…but nothing

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about that.

    That’s unusual behavior that we are hearing from you in this regard because we have ourselves uploaded the Favicon on our Test Site and it is showing fine everywhere including Chrome too. Here is the Test Site URL you can check for yourself too: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/

    As far as we have visited your Site URL defined in one of your earlier Topics. The Console is showing 404 Error related to Favicon. So, there might be some issue from the Server end. So, please once try contacting your Hosting Provider in this regard and see what they have to say about that.
