Theme setting Changes not working after updating theme version

Recently I have updated the parent theme version. Now, some of the changes are not working.
Product columns on desktop. It is working while activating the parent theme but not of child theme.

We are seeing multiple third party Plugins activated on your Site.
So, Could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.
If the issue persists even after deactivating the third party Plugins then it might be the issue with your Child Theme. There might be some Customization added in that which might be causing the issue in this regard. So, you need to reconsider that.

Firstly, the WoodMart Core plugin wasn’t updated to the latest version (1.0.35) on your Site which we have updated now.
But it seems that there is some Customization done in your Child Theme which is causing the conflict because like you mentioned & we have confirmed it too that it is working fine under the Parent Theme. So, it is not an issue at the Theme level but due to some Customization conflict.
On our Test Site too, the option is working fine. So, you need to once reconsider the Customization done in the Child Theme.
