    Hi there,

In In Products > Attributes, we colour-coded all attributes. These are not yet displayed correctly on the front-end.
Do you have any idea where this is due to? At the moment, we are not using a caching plugin yet.

    See attachment for more info.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    I await your response.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Luke,

We did what you asked, but nothing changed. Even after clearing the Kinsta cache.

    Do you have another idea?

    Hello,

Please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

Looking forward to collaborating with you.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Luke,

The issue seems to occur in the child theme. When we remove the code below, the swatches are working just fine.
A child theme is a must for future changes, but maybe this message helps your investigation.

    Kind regards.

    Hello,

I have checked the issue on the parent theme and there the swatches work well, thus the issue is related to the third-party code that is in the child theme. So I suggest you remove all your custom code from there and check the issue again.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Luke,

There is no code in our style.css stylesheet. No code at all. If we reinstall an empty woodmart-child file, the error occurs again.

    Do you have any clue?

    Kind Regards

    Hi Luke,

On the shop we have products with more than 500 variations. Woocommerce seems to start using ajax code to load your selected variation. We used this code to “Fix for too many Variations”, which is described here: https://techprimeweb.com/modify-the-ajax-variation-threshold/.

I’m not an expert on .php. but this code is used to fix this: https://gist.github.com/claudiosanches/6f91ad228c2176b986b2.

Is there a way to make this code work within the child theme?

    Hello,

Sorry but this code is not related to the theme and is provided by a third-party developer and we cannot edit or change that code because such customization is not included in our support.

You can get acquainted with Envato Support Policy here:

I sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any further questions.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Luke,

    Thanks. I understand.

Is there another way to make this work with so much variations?

    Kind regards.

    Hello,

Sorry, I cannot tell you exactly because the variation functionality comes from WooCommerce, so will be better to contact their support team for further solutions.

    Hi Luke,

This line of code seems to be the problem.

When we remove this line of code the swatches are working. This line of code is part of the Woodmart Child Theme correct?

    Kind regards.

This line of code using for enabling all code that is situated below it, or rather in your case, your custom code. Thus if you remove our line of code, your custom stops working.

    Kind Regards
