how do i change the arrow color and the dot color? I have inspected the element via the browser and I copied the css to the Woodmart custom css, there were no changes after I saved it

Your issue is now resolved.
Actually, currently you are using the default WoodMart Sliders. So, under the Dashboard > Slides > Slider Desktop > we edit that > then under that there is a Color Scheme option available to select for the Navigations > which was selected as the white one which is why they were not showing.
We have now selected the alternative Color Scheme and they appear fine now.
Screenshots are shared in the Private Content field. Please check that.
