new cache system after update theme ?

    Hello, it seems that even when i change the css from the files such as :

    opt-scrolltotop.min.css etc

    it seems now its not working because it calls from new files that are :

    xts-theme_settings_default-1671353075.css

    so all my changes do not work

    what can i do please ??
