Space to Top & Remove menu item at product description

Hi, when I turn off wishlist and compare for the product pages, the product sticks to the top of the navigation and the sticky menu is on top of it. How can I get a space there again? And how can i Remove menu item at product description?
Screenshot 1 is at the top, I can’t go higher on the page.

The box with the product is too far up and the sticky navigation is on top.

1- Actually due to the Header Overlap style, it might be happening on the Single Product page of your Site. So, we have applied the following Custom CSS on your Site and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:
.single-product .main-page-wrapper { margin-top: 8em !important; padding-top: 0 !important; }
So, the Product concern is now resolved with this.
2- Regarding the Menu Item at Product Description concern, there isn’t a separate thing as Menu Item added on your Site at the Product Description. It’s the Sticky Header on your Site which is showing when you scroll down, so do you want to hide the Sticky Header on your Site?
