Blogposts Showcase on a page //How do I set it up?

Hi there,
I would like to create a blog post overview page but cannot find any way to do so.
There is a page I am currently using to display the blog posts but it is completely empty.
Do I have to create a Layout for that? The Gutenberg editor does not give me any options
to showcase my Blogposts. I cannot see any way to set up the Blogposts correctly in the Theme settings.

Sorry to say but as far as we are visiting the mentioned Blog Page, it is showing the Blogs there fine.
