Promo popup & Signup Newsletter broken

Hi,
You can edit the promo popup content in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Promo popup. And footer widgets in Appearance -> Widgets.

this is not from footer section, rather it is above the footer section, how to edit it?
It seems to be a prefooter section and you can edit it in Theme Settings -> Footer.
i did not find any option in Theme Settings >> footer for the section which has issue.

Most likely, it has some HTML Block added and you should be able to edit it with WPBakery. Otherwise, this content is a part of your home page.
