How can I install the theme and have it ask for activation. I had previously installed an older copy (without activation) and then deleted it. Now when I install the theme (latest version – fresh purchase), the theme does not ask for activation neither do I get the fresh install screen. Theme, is however, fully functional. The Header Builder is not working.

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please check this screen: https://gyazo.com/7de473675cf2e41976a2dce6227e0e85

Installation Wizard requires the activation once. Late you can insert the license manually.

    Best Regards

I am aware of where the activation option is located in the WordPress admin. I don’t see this option. How can I reset all options to start from the beginning? There seems to be references to the theme in the database. Header builder is blank. A lot of missing elements although I uploaded all the theme files.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards
