DELETE CATEGORIES FROM MOBILE MENU

    Hello, i need delete categories from the mobile menu but i don’t know to make it.
    Help please.

    Hello,

    The Mobile Menu shows the Menu that you have made under the Dashboard > Appearance > Menus.

    So, to make any changes to it you need to go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > there edit the Menu which is showing in your Mobile Menu and then edit the Items there.

    Hello,

    Firstly, due to one of the third party plugins on your Site the Header Builder wasn’t working. So, we deactivated the New User Approve and Open User Map | Everybody can add locations plugins and then the Header Builder was working fine. So, either one of them is causing the conflict in this regard.

    Secondly, the Categories Menu was showing for the Mobile Menu on your Site because under the WoodMart > Header Builder > Mobile area of Header > Mobile Menu > you had enabled the Show categories menu option > which we have turned off now: https://snipboard.io/GfuReU.jpg

    Now only Menu is showing in the Mobile Menu of your Site.

    Hello,

    We are glad that we could be of some help 👍

    Regarding the Header Builder, sorry to say but it is working absolutely fine there isn’t any issue at the Theme level. We have been using it at our Test Site and it is working fine there and also we haven’t received such complaints from other Customers too in this regard.

    So, there might be one of the third party Plugins that we mentioned in our earlier response is causing the conflict in this regard. Please check those.
