RajatParticipantHi,
I have some carousel elements on my website. And none of these elements show prev/next buttons. Could you please let me know how I can fix this? I you need access to the admin dashboard, let me know.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Looking forward to collaborating with you.

RajatParticipantHi,
I did, but the issue still persists.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In this case, please confirm the permission for the plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.
Looking forward to collaborating with you.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In the settings of the “Elementor”, you have enabled the “Save as default” option.
https://monosnap.com/file/V9ycZsPWAg1Ob1RZIBpiRpXxJ0eTCX
This option is responsible for not saving the default values, and when it is turned off, it breaks our settings so I have enabled it and added a new carousel element and as a result, the arrows appeared.

So now you should recreate elements where you have problems with the arrows.

RajatParticipantHi Luke,
Thanks for looking into this!
Now that I’ve recreated the element, the arrows appear. Could you please check if any other settings on Elementor might break the theme settings? Occasionally, when I use the size attribute on Woodmart elements (for example, “section title”), the size of the text doesn’t change. I end up increasing the font size using the Elementor settings. Is this also a result of the same setting you mentioned?Regards,

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
On my side, the size of the title is changing in the Elementor. If I missed something, please attach a screenshot for a better understanding.

RajatParticipantHi,
Attached are two snippets that demonstrate how changing the font size does not affect the text on a mobile view. In the past, this worked. It only happens in the mobile view and not at any other breakpoint. Other breakpoints seem to be working without issues.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The thing is that the “Large”, “Medium”, “Extra Large” will not work on the mobile due to their big sizes, such sizes will not look well on mobile.
If you want to change the size of the title, you should use the custom typography: https://prnt.sc/StV5YCbSTpoI

RajatParticipantHi Luke,
Yes, that’s what I have been using. Anyways, I just wanted some clarity on that. Thank you for looking into it.
