mkiddle25ParticipantHi Basel Support, I’m hoping you can advise me that I have missed something very simple. I have constructed a jewellery site with URL below. I have several pages of necklace products. The products in the first page display as expected, with text and pictures. (https://rkiddlesjewellery.au/product-category/necklaces/). However, if I select to see the second page of the necklace products (ie https://rkiddlesjewellery.au/product-category/necklaces/page/2/) then the product text is listed, but the pictures of the products are not displayed. If I refresh the page, then the page2 product pictures will be displayed. The same thing happens for all subsequent page loads (ie https://rkiddlesjewellery.au/product-category/necklaces/page/3/). This also happens for the other catagories ie rings and earrings where there are more than 12 products uploaded.
I’m sure this probably has a simple answer.. Could you advise please ?
PS : Your design of theme is fantastic ! I’m very impressed that you provide so much flexibility for users to change so many things ! Also you have far more documentation than most ! Thanks MikeAttachments:

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
I am trying to check your site and it is not reachable.
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Contact Form 7
Mailchimp for WordPress
Safe SVG
Slider Revolution
WooCommerce
WPBakery Page Builder
XTEMOS Post Types plugin
Switch to the parent theme and check. If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards
