Promo Popup Not displaying properly

Hello,
*Promo pop is displaying in front end, if we open it as admin, if I open it in incognito window is showing white background with text website starting page itself.
*Only one time popup is coming , again if we want to test it is not coming, how to make it display all the time when opens the website for testing.

Desktop rarely once it is coming ,
1)Please make it appear whenever we open the website.

3)In mobile popup not is not coming at all

Please insert the site admin access and page URL into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
