    Do you mean that you can’t translate the plugin and Loco translate doesn’t work for you?

    loco translate worked for me. but cant translate woocommerce plugin.
    this screenshot : subtotal, view cart, checkout etc not show woodmart theme translate strings. this showed woocommerce plugin translate strings.

    Sorry, but we have to see your website live and check what is wrong in your dashboard to help you. We didn’t have similar issues before.
