Vendors Can’t Upload Gallary Images on Existing Products

When vendors click the button to add gallery photos nothing happens. I’ve tried everything I can think of: PHP, plugins, a fresh wordpress install, a totally different website, etc. The only thing that helps is changing the theme away from Woodmart. Please advise, thanks!

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

I’m just baffled how no one else is having this problem. I finally reset a staging site with a fresh wordpress and a fresh Woodmart. I still have the problem, and it goes away with other themes.

Shouldn’t vendors be able to upload images? That’s what I’m testing. It works with any other theme.
To be clear, the problem is when vendors create new problems and try to add gallery images. Thanks.

The plugin works perfectly well with any other theme, including Storefront. Dokan says it’s clearly an issue with the theme. Thanks.

Gallery images. The problem is that you can’t add gallery images. You added a featured image. Thanks.
Sorry for the misunderstanding. It doesn’t work on this staging website because of missing FontAwesome icons. To fix this, we have activated the Elementor plugin and now it works. Check this https://monosnap.com/file/GDLyq3PSGw3GejcNdbT9bZtJjII2oY
