How do I edit / remove the newsletter and Follow us sections on the page?

I’ve attached a screenshot of how the bottom of every page looks like. Where do I find how to edit and even remove those forms / sections? It seems it’s not an Elementor widget, but part of the website somehow.

You need to check which HTML block is used in the Pre-footer in the Theme Settings > Footer > Pre-footer.
You can either disable pre-footer or edit the HTML block: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

Thanks for the reply. In the end I realized I forgot to add my elementor pro license which was preventing me from directly editing that section
