    Hi there,
    We have lost all the theme’s configuration (all the custom CSS and other theme settings).
    See our old tickets to find access to our site.

    Thing to highlight: theme was well updated. How all the theme settings are saved? Doing nothing, we have lost all the parameters. That’s really strange and weird 🙁

    For your information, we have database backups. Can you help us to backup all the theme’s settings (custom CSS, theme parameters…). We see that a patch was available for theme parameters issues. We applied it without change.

    Please try to restore the Theme settigns from the backup: https://gyazo.com/e0076b0c88ce9d6cca2b6e3b9e06ee07

    If it does not work, try to contact the host support and find out if there is any automatic backup and try to restore the site from the backup.

    Thank you for your reply.

    We do not have these backups. We have already tried to backup files and database to previous date but theme settings do not work. Is there a way to manual backup theme settings? Tell us if you want to check the back-end.

    It seems that theme settings have been completely deleted without action from us! Theme was well updated since 15 of november. Our last edit on this site was on 1 of december and everything worked fine.

    Can you help us with this issue?

    Hello,

    I have checked your site is not down.

    I do not know how it was before and you will need manually configure the site as it should be.

    Please make a full backup of your site before any new trials.

    No there is a real issue with your theme. How can you explain that when I am logged in, style on front-end is broken. When I log out, style I ok.

    Hello,

    It could hardly be caused by our theme, I log in, log out several times per hour on our testing site, which does no have any other plugins or customization and nothing happens.

    It could be the influence of a customization or other plugin.
