    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Do you mean that the same issue happens on other themes as well? In this case, it means that the issue is not caused by WoodMart.

    So it works correctly with the default theme, yes? In this case, please, send us a screenshot of how it works with the default theme so we can see the difference.
