1- The first one you mentioned is a Prefooter area, which right now on your Site has Block selected. So, you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Footer > Prefooter > there you can find the Block selected: https://snipboard.io/yI9ucJ.jpg

2- To change the color of the Header area, please go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Header Builder > there edit your current Header layout > there you need to edit the Top Bar and Main Header one by one > in those you will find the Colors tab > in that you can find the Background Color defined: https://snipboard.io/lfibah.jpg

Regarding the Footer color, it is defined under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Footer > Style > Footer background > there you can find the Color defined: https://snipboard.io/zHYOin.jpg
