Promo popup will not dissapear

    Hi, the promo popup is turned off, but it will not dissepear?
    The HTML block is deleted but still a black rectangular is comming true and the hole page is darker. (Se picture attached)

    I see in code that this is still in there.

    Cache is deleted

    Hello,

    Sorry to say but it seems to be a Cache issue on your Site in this regard because all the options along with the Block deletion have already been tried off and it is still showing.

    Could you please once try contacting your Hosting Provider in this regard and ask them to completely disable or clear out the Site or Server Cache and then check back this concern again because we aren’t facing such an issue at the Theme level.
