Product reviews settings stuck on loading

    Hi! I am trying to add the product reviews element in WP Bakery but I cannot because its settings stay loading and I cannot see or save anything. Check photo I added. P.S It does not work only in HTML block in the layouts or page editing this feature works. I need to add it in one accordion, therefore, I need it to get to work in HTML block.
    Please help me out. 🙂

    I did some further digging and found out that the feature does not display anything even if I am able to add it to a layout. I have added reviews to a product but not even a form to write review or the review itself is not being displayed.

    The issue of not being able to edit settings with this feature in HTML block still persists.

    Hello,

    You should try to re-update the page and then edit it again. In case, if it doesn’t help you, please deactivate all plugins except these ones:

    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Please switch to the parent theme if you use the child.

    After that, check the issue again, if the issue still persists, please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back. Also, please provide the access to the admin dashboard.
