AJAX import error – Prebuilt website import

Hi Guys,
I always get the following message when I want to import a prebuilt website (drinks):
AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.
All PHP values are correct. All external plugins are disabled and I’ve already tried with the parent and child theme. No chance. The import stops immediately at 0%.

Hello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your FTP access so we can check it?

It is admin access from your dashboard. But we need FTP also since we think that our theme is not installed properly. Some files might be missed.

You need to update the WoodMart core plugin to the latest version. You can do this via Appearance -> Install plugins.
