1- Under the Header Builder > Mobile area > for the Mobile Menu element > you had the Show categories menu enabled: https://snipboard.io/Zi190F.jpg > which we have turned off now.

2- Regarding the Add to Cart and Quantity appearance issue concern, it was a third party Plugin conflict on your Site. A Plugin named “WooCommerce Advanced Quantity” was causing conflict in this regard, when we deactivated that, the Quantity along with Add to Cart appeared fine.
