Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to hear about the inconvenience, you had updated the Theme but you haven’t updated the WoodMart Core plugin to the latest version which is 1.0.35. We have now updated the Core plugin on your Site.
Secondly, the Footer content wasn’t appearing fine on your Site because you had two Page Builder plugins activated at the same time on your Site which is incorrect and it causes the conflict on Site. You need to activate only one Page Builder plugin on your Site of which you have imported the Demo with. In your case, it was Elementor so we deactivated the WPBakery plugin on your Site and all seems to appear fine now.
Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.
Best Regards

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to say but right now the URL that you shared: https://xtromba.com/, has a lot older version of the WoodMart Theme and the WoodMart Core plugin right now. Both are not updated to the latest version. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.35.
Can you please once try to update your WoodMart theme and Core plugin to the latest version by following the given Theme’s Documentation link: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/ and then check back the issue again on your Site.
If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.
If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.
Best Regards

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Thanks for the further clarification.
We have tried deactivating the third party Plugins on your Site in this regard and then the issue gets resolved regarding the concerned issue that you explained.
So, a plugin named “The Grid” was causing conflict on your Site. When we deactivated that, things were working fine by then. So, it is a third party Plugin conflict not a Theme end issue.
And according to the Envato Policy we don’t provide Support for the third party Plugin issues. You will need to contact the respective Plugin Support in this regard. They will guide you better.
Hope you can understand our limitations in this regard.
Best Regards
