galaxyspace84ParticipantI have tried all the methods available to enable the side bar of the shop page.
dragged the widgets,
enable the shop filters and other switches.
but nothing works
Please fix this, i need the left shop filters enable on the shop page.
the widgets are normal search, filter by price (slider), product category list.
these are in side the shop page filter
please check and let me know what is the issue .thank you

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Firstly, sorry for the inconvenience but actually, the new Widget style of the WP shows Warnings even with the Default WP Theme too.
So, that’s why we installed the “Classic Widgets” plugin on your Site and now you can easily use the Widgets area as per your choice.
Secondly, the Sidebar was disabled on your Site for the Shop page under the edit area of the Shop page which we have now set to Inherit: https://snipboard.io/FUhRZ1.jpg
Further, the mentioned Widgets are now added under the Shop page widget area of the Appearance > Widgets > and they are now appearing fine: https://snipboard.io/gQ2f6h.jpg
Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.
Best Regards

galaxyspace84ParticipantHi Aizaz,
Thanks for detailed explanation.
so this is not woodmart theme issue ? .Cos i already have another shop and it still works without any third party plugin.
In this case if i remove the the classic widget plugin, will the side bar disappear ?.Dont you think it may cause because of elementor ?
I have another one. is it possible to make the shop page in full width ? Please let me know how .
I have a general question.
I have another online store with wpbakery builder. that one comes from 6. woodmart. never had big issue so far.
and now in this store i selected to go with elementor hoping this would be easy builder than wp bakery.
can you please acknowledge me is there any issues or bugs that still persist with elementor ?
What do you recommend to go with elementor or wpbakery ?thank you

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Firstly, we want you to please calm down and relax.
Regarding using the page builder concern, it’s up to your choice whether you want to use the Elementor or WPBakery page builder. Both are working fine with the Theme. So, this is your choice.
There aren’t any issues with the Theme related to Page Builders. Both are working fine.
Regarding the Sidebar not working concern, like we mentioned you in our earlier response. The Sidebar was hidden from the Shop page edit area which we have enabled on your Site and it won’t be hidden or affected with the Page Builder enabling or disabling.
The Classic Widgets plugin was installed because we have noticed that the new WordPress widget is causing issues with some options of the default WP widgets not working even when the default WordPress Theme is activated. So, this specific issue related to Widgets is not related to Theme but the WordPress end. So, to overcome that we installed the Classic Widget plugin on your Site to make the Widget area work properly and it is a free Plugin that doesn’t cause any sort of conflicts on the Site.
Regarding making the Archive layout Full Width, please try using the below Custom CSS code and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:
.archive .main-page-wrapper .container { max-width: inherit !important; }
Or you can create Custom Archive layout too if you want using the Theme’s Layout Builder too. Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/shop-page-builder/
Best Regards.
