Where to edit this part of header?

    I cannot find where to edit the top part of header. Store Hours and Address

    This is the top row of the Header in the Theme Settings > Header > Top row.

    I only see TOP ROW

    Am I looking in the wrong ‘settings’ ?

    Can you also check to see where the Newsletter can be adjusted? I cannot find it either. Thank you

    The Header layout assumes Text in the Header Please check the screen: https://gyazo.com/10574d29f0ee5b77edb0ca2a0b17db46

    You need to find this HTML block in the Dashboard > HTML block and edit.
