    I want to add a item inside account menu, but I can not find in menu section.

    Hello,

    Sorry to say but as you know the Login/Registration is handled by WooCommerce so, the Items under the Account Menu that are showing are the WooCommerce Account Endpoints that are mentioned under the Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Account endpoints: https://snipboard.io/FAYCRw.jpg

    So, you might want to contact the WooCommerce Support in this regard, they can guide you further regarding this.
