When I check the site sometimes it switches correctly and sometimes it does not.
Please try to deactivate other plugins, except WPML and theme related. Perhaps some URL configurations.

I found that after turning off the CDN Enabler plugin, the store on the Ukrainian version of the site works without problems
Perhaps because this plugin uploads some theme or WPML files to its servers?

Я обнаружил что после выключения плагина CDN Enabler
Магазин на украинской версии сайта работает без проблем
Возможно потому что этот плагин подгружает какието файлы темы или ВПМЛ на свои сервера?
